Cancellation Policy
We Understand
Sometimes external events come up and there’s a sudden shift in your ability to make it to your appointment—we understand!
While we maintain the right to treat cancellations on a case by case basis, it is generally applied that cancelling 48 hours prior to appointment time will result in a 50% service fee being applied.
Excessive rescheduling will result in pre-payment of services without a refund for another reschedule.
A 100% cancellation fee will apply for same-day no-shows or cancellations (less than 24 hours). We require a card on file to confirm appointment bookings and a credit card authorization form signed virtually or in-office.
